Spies who garden

In all honesty, I'm still trying to figure out this whole blog thing and am trying not to post too often or too little. But after reading articles about the Russian spies busted by the FBI, I can't help it.

The couple that was arrested in Cambridge live down the street from me - I guess it proves that you never know who's in the neighborhood. The one article that caught my attention was The New York Times. Not only is it the most informative of the few I've read, but it also contains this quote:

"Jessie Gugig, 15, said she could not believe the charges, especially against Mrs. Murphy. 'They couldn’t have been spies,' she said jokingly. 'Look what she did with the hydrangeas.'"

Amazing. That girl took her 15 minutes and injected some sass into the New York Times. If there's anything journalism is missing, it's sass and hydrangeas.
